Story

In his words.

I'm Jago, an eighteen-year-old amateur from Bedfordshire. I've played since 2022 and started competing in 2023. My home club is The Millbrook Golf Club, where I was junior captain in 2024.

In that time my handicap has come down from 22.7 to 4.0. I won the Junior Club Championship at Millbrook in 2025, and my lowest round is a 70 on a par 71, one under, in the Burt Yates final.

I've represented Bedfordshire since I was fifteen, and captained the county's under-16 and under-18 squads from 2024 to 2025. With my club I've played in the England regional finals.

I'm a brand ambassador for Lab Golf, and I have residencies in England and Dubai.

I was at The Golf College from 2024 to 2026, and now I'm moving onto its degree programme, from 2026 to 2029. The next few years are about playing in stronger fields and testing my game against better players. Keep pushing forward, and if I get myself to the right level, earn the chance to turn professional.
